We offer several packages that can be tailored to meet your needs. Please read the information below or call/email us to discuss your needs.

Simple Workstation (DSE) Assessment - £150

Our most commonly conducted assessment taking 45-60 minutes and includes:

• Job/Task analysis
• Subjective complaints
• Health and Safety Executive (HSE) compliance check
• Risk assessment
• Changes to workstation/environment

A detailed report is provided which includes:

• Details of the issues found
• Information given and changes made during the assessment
• Recommendations
• Suggested Equipment (if neccessary)

Complex Workstation Assessment - £200

These assessments require approximately 1.5 hours on site:

• They are similar to our simple assessments, but there is a more complex nature and history to the problem
• They are required when long term disability or prolonged or repeated sickness absence has been an issue. If the person works at a number of different workstations or if the client has more than one musculoskeletal complaint
• A comprehensive report is provided as with the simple workstation assessment

Return to Work Plan - £150

These assessments require approximately 1.5 hours on site:

• Job/Task analysis
• Subjective assessment of the employee
• Analysis of any medical information
• A timed, structured rehabilitation programme is planned
• A comprehensive report is provided

Follow up Review of Return to Work Plan £50

These usually take approximately 1/2 hour on or offsite. This is recommended should there be any problems with the return to work plan. A short report will be provided.

Group Teaching - £175

These last 1 hour and are for groups up to 10 people. There are carried out onsite and require a "mock" workstation which the group can gather around:

• Advise on how best to set up a workstation to improve posture and comfort
• DSE and HSE compliance
• Postural advise
• Education on how to reduce musculoskeletal complaints at work
• We are happy to answer any questions the group may have

Physiotherapy Treatment

We have a number of options for physiotherapy treatment:

• Treatment offsite at North Leeds Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic
  • Assessment - £35
  • Treatments - £33
• Treatment onsite should there be a suitable room to provide this service. This service can be discussed with us
• Recommendation of local Physiotherapy providers
